Pumpkin Reserve Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pumpkin Reserve website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Pumpkin Reserve.
By using our website, submitting an order or inquiry, or purchasing products or services from Pumpkin Reserve, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Services
Pumpkin Reserve provides seasonal pumpkin collections, delivery, decorating, design, setup, removal, and related products and services in designated service areas.
Product appearance, size, shape, coloration, and variety may vary because pumpkins, gourds, and other natural products are unique agricultural products.
Images shown on our website, social media, advertising, and other materials are illustrative and may not represent the exact individual products a customer receives.
Availability
Pumpkin Reserve is a seasonal business. Products, varieties, delivery dates, installation dates, service areas, and appointment availability are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute reasonably comparable pumpkin varieties, colors, sizes, or other natural products when necessary because of harvest conditions, availability, quality, weather, or other circumstances.
Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed or communicated at the time of purchase or quotation and are subject to change prior to purchase.
Orders may require payment in full or other payment arrangements specified at checkout or during the ordering process.
An order is not guaranteed until required payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Pumpkin Reserve.
Delivery and Service Areas
Delivery and services are available only within designated service areas and are subject to scheduling and availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reasonable access to the property or designated installation location.
Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances outside the scope of the purchased collection or service when disclosed and agreed to as applicable.
Design and Setup Services
When design or setup services are purchased or included, customers authorize Pumpkin Reserve to arrange products within the agreed-upon area.
Because every property and natural product is different, the final arrangement may vary from photographs, examples, inspiration images, or other representations.
Creative and aesthetic decisions may be made by Pumpkin Reserve during installation based on the property, available products, safety considerations, and overall design.
Natural Products
Pumpkins, gourds, and similar products are perishable natural products. Their condition and longevity may be affected by temperature, sunlight, rain, moisture, animals, insects, handling, and other environmental conditions outside Pumpkin Reserve’s control.
Pumpkin Reserve does not guarantee how long natural products will remain in a particular condition after delivery or installation.
Property Access and Customer Responsibility
Customers purchasing delivery, setup, design, or removal services are responsible for ensuring that Pumpkin Reserve has reasonable and safe access to the designated service area.
Customers should identify any unusual hazards, restrictions, fragile property, irrigation equipment, or other conditions that could affect service.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, modification, refund, and rescheduling eligibility may depend on the timing of the request, product procurement, scheduling, delivery status, and services already performed.
Any specific cancellation or refund policy displayed during checkout or provided in connection with an order will apply to that transaction.
SMS/MMS Terms
Pumpkin Reserve may send SMS and MMS messages in connection with customer inquiries, design requests, orders, appointments, scheduling, delivery, installation, setup, removal, service updates, customer support, and other customer service communications.
Customers may initiate SMS communications by texting Pumpkin Reserve directly. Pumpkin Reserve may respond with information related to the customer’s inquiry, request, order, or service.
Where you separately opt in to receive marketing text messages from Pumpkin Reserve, we may also send promotional SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provided. Marketing messages may include seasonal announcements, product availability, collection information, promotions, reminders, and other Pumpkin Reserve marketing communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pumpkin Reserve.
You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will receive no further SMS/MMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again or otherwise initiate a new communication as permitted by applicable requirements.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
